Due to the made-to-order, handmade nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you've received a damaged product, please email us at contact@memaandmija.com with a photo of your item. We do our very best to uphold our high production and quality assurance standards, but we also know mistakes can happen. We will review each claim on a case-by-case basis and determine how we can resolve the problem together. We accept claims within 14 days of delivery.
